Created this with chart to go in my IT Tickets report in https://charticulator.com/. Let me show you how!
I followed the tutorial on the site, https://charticulator.com/tutorials/tutorial10.html, and made a few changes at the end.
I dragged the circular scaffold onto the chart to make it curve
I changed it from a full circle to 75% (it's fully adjustable)
I added the center text (I had to set it to sum or average, here it's average)
I rotated the text at the end of the bars so they sat "on top"
